2. Web hosting

This website is hosted on the servers of IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). When accessing the site, the following data is automatically collected in the server log files:

  • IP address (anonymized)
  • Date and time of access
  • Name and URL of the accessed file
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system
  • Referrer URL

This data is used solely for technical and security purposes. No personal analysis is performed.

IONOS retains server log files for a maximum of 8 weeks before automatic deletion.

IONOS acts as a data processor ("Auftragsverarbeiter") according to Article 28 of the GDPR. A data processing agreement has been signed in accordance with GDPR requirements.

3. Legal basis for processing

The legal basis for data processing may be your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), or legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)), depending on the specific context of processing.

4. Web analytics with IONOS

This website uses the WebAnalytics function of IONOS SE (Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany). Data is collected exclusively for statistical purposes and stored in a completely anonymous form. No cookies are used.

For example, the following is collected:

  • Referrer URL (previously visited page)
  • Requested page or file
  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Device type
  • Access time
  • Anonymized IP address

The data is processed solely for statistical evaluation and technical optimization of the website. It is not combined with other data sources or analyzed on a personal basis. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

5. Use of OpenStreetMap

To display interactive maps, this site uses OpenStreetMap (OSM), a service of the OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom). When accessing a map, your IP address may be transmitted to OSM servers. The use of this service is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.

6. User rights

8. Data retention period

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the German Federal Commissioner for Data Protection (BfDI).
